IF YOUR HOLIDAY IS MORE THAN ONE WEEK YOU WILL HAVE A MID-STAY CLEAN HALF WAY THROUGH YOUR STAY. OUR HOUSEKEEPER WILL AIM TO ARRIVE BETWEEN 10 & 11AM

• Prices are for the rental of the entire property, payable in pounds
• 25% deposit due at the time of booking. 75% balance  due 8 weeks prior to arrival.
• Bookings run from 4:00pm on your day of arrival to 10:00am on your day of departure.
• No smoking in the property.
• Bookings include electricity, water, linen and towels (including pool towels).

Deposit: 

£250 of the Deposit will be held to offset the costs against the reasonable repair or replacement of the contents, inside and outside of the Holiday Home, including the outdoor pool area and surrounding land (otherwise than by usual wear and tear) during the Holiday Period as a result of any damage by the Guest or the Guest’s family.
